I bought the Colorado Backpack. It arrived well-packaged and the design is definitely eye-catching, which I liked. However, I found the shoulder straps a little stiff at first, took a few wears to break them in comfortably. Delivery was standard, around 6 days. While mostly positive, a slightly softer strap material would make it perfect. Customer service was responsive to a query I had about tracking, which was good.
